I pride myself on a dynamic, distinctive, proactive, and creative style of Therapeutic Intervention which I have developed over my many years of training and experience in the fields of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming. Drawing on my background in industry, I also offer Dynamic Coaching programmes for professionals.

A dynamic, unique and bespoke programme of ten sessions specifically tailored to you.

A programme to help you nurture the living spirit of yourself (living within and inhabiting your body fully).

I offer an energetic, dynamic, and direct style of Individual Coaching to get you out of a professional or personal rut.

Longer-term Psychotherapeutic Sessions where more time and space is required for targeted intervention.

I offer very popular 1-day workshops both in-person and online and cover relationships, intimacy and more.
